Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund, less a 5% restocking fee.This fee helps cover credit card processing fees and administrative costs associated with your order.It applies once an order has been placed, even if the cancellation request is made shortly after purchase.

Returns (After Shipment)

For returns not related to damage or defect:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A 5% restocking fee will be applied
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

WHOLE HOME SYSTEM PURCHASES

Right of Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days from the date the contract is signed.This right begins on the date of signing and expires at midnight on the third business day thereafter.

If you choose to cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund with no penalty or restocking fee.

Cancellations After the 3-Day Right to Cancel

If cancellation is requested after the expiration of the 3-day right to cancel:

• A $250 restocking fee will apply to all whole home systems
• A $25 restocking fee will apply to reverse osmosis systems

These fees help cover credit card processing fees, handling, and administrative costs associated with your order.

Custom Orders

If you are purchasing a custom-configured system, this will be clearly indicated on your sales paperwork.Custom orders may be canceled for a full refund within the 3-day cancellation period.After this period, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Installed Systems

Once a system has been installed, the sale is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of timing.
