Returns & Order Changes

We take great care in processing and preparing each order quickly and efficiently.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund, less a 5% restocking fee. This fee helps cover credit card processing fees and administrative costs associated with your order. This applies once any order has been placed, even if the cancellation request is made shortly after purchase.

Returns (after shipment)

For returns not related to damage or defect:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A 5% restocking fee will be applied
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging
