With Spring here, the grey clouds are making way for the sunshine and it’s beginning to give all the feels of Summer. The warmer days beg for something refreshing so we created a cool, thirst quenching watermelon mocktail that everyone will love!
Watermelon Refresher – Serves 2
- 2 Cups of cubed watermelon
- 3/4 cups of Ethical H2O filtered water
- Juice of 1 large lemon or 2 limes
- 1 TBS of honey or maple syrup
- 7 large mint leaves
- 1 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Serve with a lemon wedge and mint.
A tantalizing, mouth watering refreshment that tastes as good as it looks. Serve it at BBQ’s, parties, or just for lunch with the family. A fun and delicious way for adults and kids to stay hydrated and healthy!
